TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES: Arrivals should be planned no earlier than 2pm to ensure that rooms are ready. Checkout time is 12nn on the day of the departure. Late checkout will be charged 50% off the rack.
PAYMENT: 50% deposit is required for confirmation of reservation. Full payment is required at least seven (7) days before arrival date. Deposits for confirmed reservation are nonrefundable.
CANCELLATION: Any cancellation must be advised at least seven (7) days (with cancellation fee) before the arrival date. Deposit shall be forfeited for NO SHOW on arrival date and shortened stay shall be subject to forfeiture of full payment.
